We did have a 5 Star service today with Tyler. Tyler is by far the best Bug Express tech we have had...if we mention or say we see something his experience is the best and he digs deeper...because he thought is if we see something there is something and he will check it out thoroughly. And as he did this time he found a hole in a indoor cabinet that leads to the garage which could be where the bugs are coming from and he put powder in that hole and my husband will patch that hole now that we see it. a big thank you to Tyler for his work ethic!

On time and very thorough, even used left over spray on the hot tub enclosure. Whole process took less than an hour.

Everyone I spoke with listened, explained, and educated me on the various bugs their treatments covered, what they can cover if needed beyond what was “standard”, even the typical bugs in the area since I’m new to it. Kevin came out to set us up on a quarterly extermination plan. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He sprayed the entire house and perimeter outside and removed wasp nests and cellar spiders.

I am so grateful for Bug Express! I was desperate to get rid of our flea problem! They are the hardest thing to get rid of that I’ve ever experienced and Bug express came twice as part of the process and the package deal and the fleas are completely gone! For the price, it wasn’t near as much as I intended and cheaper than the other places in town that gave me a quote!! Remember if you have pets, and you see just a few fleas… ITS NEVER JUST A FEW! I highly recommend Bug Express! They’re the best!!

Tyler did a great job. He arrived on time and thoroughly sprayed house and yard. He was VERY nice to us and easy to talk to. We’ll request to have him next visit!

Alfonso was very professional and did a great job! He went above and beyond. Weep holes inside the garage around exterior windows he even swept away any spider webs from the outside of the house. Alfonso is the BEST!
