We have been so very pleased with Bug Express, and most especially with Alfie. His knowledge of different types of bugs & ways to eradicate them. He is always asking if we’ve had any issues with bugs. So he can use the correct product to get rid of them.

Ralph with Bug Express does an excellent job on our property. He takes the time to understand what we need and asks how the previous treatment worked, are we having issues, etc.I would highly recommend calling Bug Express for your pest control.

Very thorough. Alan found things we hadn't seen. He was very polite and friendly. I feel I made a good decision changing companies. Also our previous company didn't spray for bees. However, with a pool and dogs it wasn't ideal. We did eventually find out the previous company sprayed at a rather expensive price. Our other company would just call the day before with no notice (just 1 day). Bug Express's process is to notify and schedule at your convenience. The chemicals seemed like actual chemicals that were getting the job done. Again I am confident switching company's was ideal.

Dalton is very knowledgeable regarding any questions or request we have. He is extremely polite and has a spectacular disposition. I only wish I posessed a fraction of the same redeeming qualities.
